We are so excited to be hosting our FREE workshops for local women on the first Tuesday of every month, for our August workshop it will be online with the wonderful Jess talking about journalling, notepads and pens at the ready ladies! What can you expect from these workshops? Empowering activities to boost confidence Tools for mental well-being The opportunity to meet like-minded women A dose of positivity and sisterhood. We cannot wait for you to join us! An email will be sent out before the workshop with a link to a Google meets meeting, please check your junk folders incase it falls in there!
