Step into your power with our weekly Heels Dance class, led by Kirsty. This all-levels class is your chance to explore different dance styles, express yourself fully, and grow in confidence - one routine at a time. Each week, you’ll: Learn a brand-new heels based choreography inspired by styles like Latin, commercial, burlesque and more. Build technique and musicality in a fun, supportive space. Develop strength, coordination, and fluidity through dynamic movement. Tap into your unique style, whether it’s fierce, playful, sultry - or all of the above. No matter your experience level, Kirsty creates a safe space to move, connect and blossom. Whether you’re new to dance or reigniting your passion, you’ll leave feeling energised, empowered, and unstoppable. Bring your curiosity, your confidence, and your love of movement. Let’s dance bold. Dance free. Dance you. Heels are optional! Or you can gp barefoot.
