BodiBlossom™ Foundation Instructor Training is the first step in becoming a licensed BodiBlossom™ instructor. This course will guide you through the heart of the BodiBlossom brand, the BlossDance™ Method and the confidence-led approach that makes our classes so much more than dance. You’ll learn how to create safe, welcoming and empowering spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, move with confidence and feel part of a supportive community. Throughout the training, you’ll explore class structure, teaching style, inclusive language, emotional safety, movement foundations, professional standards and the role of connection in building confidence.
