Ready to move, express yourself and capture your confidence in action?
BlossDance™ Confidence Capture is a fun, empowering class designed to help you build confidence through movement, creativity and self-expression.
You’ll learn a short, dynamic routine in a supportive and welcoming space. You’ll then have the opportunity to take part in a creative photo and video session, capturing moments that celebrate your confidence, personality and unique energy.
These photos and videos can be used for social media, personal keepsakes or simply as a reminder of how powerful it feels to take up space and be seen.
This workshop is not about perfection. It is about fun, expression, confidence and celebrating yourself exactly as you are.
What to wear
Please wear something you can move easily in, but that also helps you feel empowered and confident. This could be activewear, leggings, dancewear, lingerie, something a little sassy, or anything that makes you feel good.
Dance heels are welcome for those who feel comfortable wearing them, but they are not essential. You are also welcome to dance in trainers, bare feet or whatever feels safest and most comfortable for you.
