Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen date and will need to be paid within 48 hrs to secure your chosen date. • The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the party date. • Remaining payments can be made via bank transfer. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your booking. 2. Studio Use • If your party is held at our Little Blossoms Studio, your booking includes exclusive use of the space for the duration of your party. • You will be able to access the studio 15 minutes before your party start time to settle in and set up any personal decorations or refreshments. • Please ensure that all belongings are taken with you once your party time has finished. • If using the balloon dome it’ll be available for 30 minutes during the party. 3.Supervision • There must be at least one responsible adult present at all times during the party. • Little Blossoms party coordinators are there to lead and facilitate the planned activities, including crafts, face painting, games and, where applicable, the dance workshop. They do not take responsibility for supervising children while they are using inflatables, soft play, or any other equipment provided at the venue. Responsibility for children outside of the structured activities remains with the parent(s), carer(s), or supervising adult(s) at all times. • If the Booking Adult permits children to be dropped off without a parent or guardian remaining on site, the Booking Adult accepts full responsibility for the supervision and welfare of those children for the duration of the party, and Little Blossoms and its party coordinators accept no responsibility for unsupervised children. 4.Cancellations & Rescheduling • All payments are non-refundable. • If you need to postpone your party, we will do our best to reschedule your booking to an alternative available date within 3 months of the original party date. • In the unlikely event Little Blossoms must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be offered. 5. Safety & Wellbeing • We create a safe and inclusive environment for all children. Please inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility needs. • Little Blossoms accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property or injury unless caused by our negligence. 6. Bouncy Castle Use There will be a separate agreement that needs to be signed by the booking adult on the day for the use of inflatables
