Service Description
A relaxed fitness class where mums can move while little ones play. Our Mum Fit class is designed to give mums the chance to do something for themselves, without worrying about childcare. While you enjoy a gentle workout at your own pace, your babies and toddlers can explore our soft play area and role-play toys in a safe, fun environment. There’s no pressure, no judgement and no expectations, just a welcoming space where you can move your body, boost your mood and connect with other mums while your little ones have fun nearby. What to Expect • Relaxed, mum-friendly fitness session. • Soft play and role-play toys for babies and toddlers. • Move at your own pace, do what feels right for you. • Meet other local mums in a supportive environment. • A fun space for little ones while you exercise. Pricing £5 per adult Children go FREE We keep it affordable so every mum has the opportunity to take a little time for herself.
