Join Kirsty for this one off workshop learning a routine to the iconic 'Shut Up & Drive' by Rihanna. Expect fun, encouragement and time to let go, enjoy yourself and explore your confidence alongside a lovely group of women. Beginners are absolutely welcome. Kirsty will break down the routine and offer movement options so you can make it your own. You don’t need to arrive feeling confident - that’s something we can grow together. Wear something comfortable that you can move easily in. Heels are completely optional. Come as you are and discover how good it feels to dance for yourself. 💃
