Prerequisites
We recommend having a Level 2 qualification in fitness, for example level 2 exercise to music, however this is not essential.
Course Includes
The Theory Element consists of a Quiz For Section 1 and 2.
A 3 hour online workshop with ongoing supervision throughout.
Final assessment - this will be a recorded class assessment (20 - 30 minutes) to be taken by you, this must include a minimum of 3 people participating.
Aims & Outcomes
By the end of this course you will feel confident in delivering burlesque for beginners and intermediates classes. You’ll understand the class layout, as well as the health and safety aspects.
Throughout the course you will learn more about BodiBlossom burlesque and how we aim to teach our classes.
